With integrated PC (hardware and software) inventory, software metering and application control, this licensing option gives you the maximum return on your investment and ensures that you are properly licensed on an ongoing basis. The perpetual license is priced per seat; the initial purchase price is comprised of the cost of the product plus your first year of maintenance.
Proof of Concept License (60+ Days)
For organisations looking to prove a robust business case for software asset management, the Proof of Concept License enables organisations to garner valuable data from their own PC environment before committing capital budget to a particular toolset. Under this scheme, users can experience the full value of Express Software Manager for a previously agreed-upon timeframe (typically 60 days) — at a fraction of the full purchase price. At the end of the period, armed with the information collected, organisations can choose to upgrade their Proof of Concept License to a full perpetual license and receive a rebate of the initial license costs against the full purchase price.
